We will come back!

A lovely couples` retreat. We stay for one night and went "all out" in terms of spa treatments and dinner and you name it. I found it to be well worth the $. Even in mid-winter.

Worse than what I expected

The resort did not live up to my expectations. The facilities are showing their age and prices are ridiculously high. It is not an “oasis” in the middle of a forest, as the burgeoning small city of Irpin is encroaching on the property from all sides. Restaurant food is overpriced for its quality and the free breakfast is very unappetizing. The breakfast is exactly the same every day and is not tasty. Both “warm” food and “cold” food are the same room temperature. The only good aspect of the resort is the helpful and friendly staff. I don’t recommend this resort and spa.

Great Spa but let down by little things

This place is very well attended and good customer service. The reason for middle Man smiley is mainly 2 things: 1) No coffee in the rooms only Tea, I am a morning coffee man and is very important to my routine, there only answer was to use room service. 2) On the room booking it does not say does not include Spa access until you have booked when it says it, why would i visit a Spa resort and not want the spa access. It was not exactly a cheap room cost. Woudl expect more from an expensive resort for Ukraine

Great weekend stay

Great place just outside Kiev. On the expensive side but very clean and beautiful room and hotel grounds. The only drawback is that there is no iron in the rooms. You have to use the laundry service if you need to iron something which is not good for a 5 star hotel

Loved the place, but it was unfortunate that the outdoor pools were closed (not in season yet). Other than that, it was a family friendly area and worth a weekend stay. The wifi was pretty bad, but if you’re trying to escape the city life then that’s a plus,

Relaxing Spa hotel just outside Kiev

Great ambience, amongst tall pine trees and nature. 5 Star Spa services. Massage one of the best I had and great value for money. Food always fresh and delicious but portions are measured, for example when you ask for bread, they just provide one, proseco or wine is measured and priced by 50cl, first time I have seen this. It should be poured by large or small glass. Room is a bit dark and dreary for a advertised 5 star experience, but everything clean. Overall, a nice place away from the hustle and bustle of the city and recommended

Lovely stay at Grand Admiral Hotel

It's a quiet haven away from the bustle of Kyiv, good for couple or families with younger children. The spa is beautiful and the restaurant food is high quality.

Great weekend retreat for a couple

Wonderful weekend retreat. The hotels facilities are perfect and offer a good variety of SPAs. The bathroom was really big and nice. Only two complaints: - bad wifi in the room - quite expensive restaurants.

The room that I stayed in was very nice. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but was still comfortable and I did slept well. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and many spoke English well. There were plenty of things to do at this facility for a single traveler like me as well as couples or families. The staff also helped with acquiring transport to Kiev for my visit there as well.
