Apartment with a good repair and excellent views of the Dnieper. Large loggia (glazed and insulated), built-in kitchen and wardrobe, all household appliances from leading manufacturers, as well as air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi. There are 2 elevators in the house, near the Silver Breeze house, Velmart. There are shops in the house, near the river, lake and park, good transport interchange. To the center and metro Livoberezhnaya, Osokorki - 5 minutes.
