They have excellent buffet, excellent room service, clean rooms but the worst thing is the Internet service. So if you are on a business trip and plan to use the hotels wifi, I would recommend this hotel.

we enjoyed our stay at Best western plus hotel. we are recommending it to all our friends. it is in the center of Salmiya area. it is so close "a walking distance" to shopping malls and restaurants. cleaning and restaurant service is excellent. available parking for our rented car. reasonable fees.

Beautiful property. As friendly and professional of staff as I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Room was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the establishment. The breakfast is amazing. Starbucks and a Buffalo’s restaurant located in the hotel as well. There is a big shopping mall and grocery just across the street and a short walking distance to the waterfront.

Staff was very kind and courteous. They upgraded my room free charge. The location is amazing, close to so many places , I just wish there were more parking lots for our visitors. Overall experience, I’d recommend!

Pleasant surprise
Hotels in Kuwait are expensive so for the price I was little worried. However I was pleasantly surprised at the standard of this hotel. It’s not a fancy 5 star but a good budget option for Kuwait. I’d stay again.

My stay was comfortable and found the hotel clean and very secured. The location was perfect as it was near the beach and malls. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing withe lots of choices. Overall I was very happy with my stay at Best Western Plus Salmiya.

Great location. Very spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Good for long term stays. Upper-mid facilities & room furniture (but still old style and fainting modern thinking around number and distribution of electricity points). Has a Starbucks in the ground floor (but coffee is substandard so if you're a quality coffee appreciator you'd hate it for sure). Nice lobby for meetings (strictly. no social). A modest mall in a 2-min distance. An old yet lively & big cultural souk in a 7 min distance. Overall, good for business trips and practical stays. Staff is special: - Ask for Rishaf - he's super friendly and solves any problem seamlessly and quickly (no wonder, he has a solid IT background). - Ask for Ahmad - he makes things happen and goes beyond his way for your comfort & convenience. - Ask for Christina - if you're looking for a positive energy professional who delivers results.

Disappointing despite covid restrictions
I have stayed frequently, but this was first time after Covid impact/restrictions. The location was quite useful for me and it’s close to the Salmiya promenade or Marina Mall. They have however closed their kitchen and the room amenities are quite basic. Breakfast comes pre-packed to your room which is edible but not great. I had a few issues with check-in as well as wifi during the stay. If I’m honest I would probably loom for a different t place to stay.

Management were generous to offer a room upgrade upon check-in due to our extended stay. Thank you! Prime location next to a major mall and a hyper market. Next to a coffe shop and a good restaurant. Easy Access to all major roads in Salmiya. Due to Corona, breakfast was brought in packed bags but received cold. Shower "cold" water was scalding hot even at midnight. Shower floor is very slippery!
