Loved Everything!
We loved everything about our stay. The room was fantastic and everything we could've hoped for. One of our favorite parts was using the fire pit every night. The location on the lake was beautiful and the room had everything we could've possibly needed. It was a little cold when we stayed so we only used the golf cart once but it would be awesome to use during the summer. We can't wait to plan another stay.

Great place to stay. Great water view! The rooms are beautiful. They are equipped with everything you need for your stay, including toiletries, s’mores ingredients, coffee, snacks. And the use of the golf carts was a lot of fun! We will definitely be back!!!! Top notch accommodations!

Wonderful place to stay.
My wife and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Great small secluded area and a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy. We will definitely be back.

Quiet Beautiful Setting
We booked a night with Sandra and Troy while we were in town moving from our Eddyville home. We wanted a room/space away from the chaos. We absolutely loved the place and it smelled wonderful. My favorite was the outside patio. We will definitely be back.

Great place near the lake
I travel and stay in similar properties all over the US. This was one of the best I have had. Very clean with a nice atmosphere. Beautiful patio and quiet location near the lake. There was a golf cart to use if we wanted, but we were there only for a quick stopover. I highly recommend this stay.

Little slice of Heaven
The owners had this beautifully decorated suite supplied with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the room, location, the view, the golf cart, patio and fire pit. We loved our time spent here. Could not have ask for more for our 40th Anniversary get away. Can't wait to return.

This place is the perfect weekend getaway for a couple or a week’s stay. The suite is well planned and stocked with everything you need. Very clean and modern with tasteful decor. Super convenient to the lake and just a short, easy drive over to Patti’s Settlement. We hope to get to visit again!

Perfect an understatement
Let’s just say perfect getaway.. the only thing wrong we couldn’t stay longer! Sandy has thought of everything and then some!! The little touches make such a difference! Easy location and perfect for that weekend getaway but could spend a week there!! Definitely worth every cent!

A Little Getaway
What a beautiful property! The pictures didn’t do it justice. The owner thought of everything to make our stay perfect. It was so quiet and the view was wonderful. The bed was so comfy and the little fireplace was an added touch. I have already recommended this property to friends and family!

Fantastic place to stay
This was our first time to the area. We went for Patti’s Christmas Festival which was wonderful. The only thing disappointing about this property was the fact that we didn't stay longer. We actually rented both properties. The rooms were so spacious and clean. This was the most well stocked room we have ever rented. It was so spacious. Since we rented both properties it was basically like a two bedroom condo. Beds were so comfy. Comfy recliner in the room too. Huge balcony area with a wonderful view of the lake. We absolutely loved the golf carts. The owner was so gracious and friendly. She gave us plenty of area tips and answered all our questions. They even had a fire pit and wood and left us smores supplies. Unfortunately we didnt have time to take advantage of the fire pit. Eddyville is just a mile or so from the property. There was a dollar store plenty of fast food. We had some really good pizza and baked goods at Our Daily Bread (not sure about the name but the cinnamon rolls are to die for.). Make sure you reserve your table at Patti’s ahead of time. You must Eat there. Food and desserts will not dissapoint. We absolutely recommend this property. Quiet, peaceful, And so clean. We will be back!

We went for our anniversary had an excellent enjoyable time so much thought put into everything from the outside fire pit with quick fire starter and marshmallows and small candies for s’more‘s to umbrella hanging behind the door and yes we needed it …loved the golf carts enjoyed it all. What a lovely place to spend some quiet time
Sandy and Todd were terrific host and thought of everything we might need for our week stay. We truly enjoyed ourselves, from the water view, the marine, and the deer grazing in the yards around town. The golf cart that was provided enabled us to go exploring around Old Town Kuttawa. Would highly recommend this AirB&B.

Cozy Getaway
This was a wonderful one night getaway for my husband and I before we picked up our grandchildren for the week. Views of the lake were wonderful and look forward to visiting when the weather is warmer. There were lots of little extras that made this rental very welcoming and comfortable.

Great quiet weekend getaway. Very peaceful and wonderful room. Far exceeded my expectations. Room is stocked with everything you need. Decor is beautiful and love the porch and firepit. I have never stayed anywhere that the room had everything you need that you left at home!! All the way down to cotton balls and ear plugs for the snorer in your life, LOL. The room was exceptionally clean, the decor of the room was beautiful and everything worked down to the candles. You could never ask for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!

This room very nice. It was very homey and had everything you could need. Every detail had been taken care of. The host, Sandy, was excellent. We were close to the marina and a park and were supplied a golf cart to get around easily. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
