Amazing Place, Highly Recommend!!
We actually stayed here twice in 3 weeks, first time for 4 days and we loved it so much we sent the last 10 days here! It was clean, the staff were friendly, the rooms were lovely, bed comfortable, the pool area was the best part and the location was amazing it was really central Only thing was the showers were a little cold and the WiFi could be a little hit and miss but overall that didn’t really affect us too much I would definitely stay here again and would recommend

If you dont require coffeemaking facilities,towels,toilet paper etc and are happy to be kept awake with noisy music (staff) then this is the place for you. Cant believe expedia even advertises this hotel.dont stay there. House of horrors.

They had lost our information and were not prepared for us to arrive. It was an absolute dump, deity and filthy. Everyone in the hotel was drinking and partying and screaming until we woke up in the morning.

The place was disgusting dirty no ingredients to make our breakfast no toilet paper no towels no daily cleaning or bins or any form of outside cleaning. You get what you pay for but this should not be on any suggested accomodation

Well, when we arrived the very friendly staff welcomed us and answered all the questions we had. But the moment we entered the room... Nothing like on the picture. If you ever seen a horror movie Hostel, this place looked like the one. Blood on a sheet and on the wall around the mirror that has never been cleaned so you could bearley see your reflection. The fun above the bed was covered with dust and who knows what else. Was scared to switch it on. And the bathroom! OMG! The ceiling was falling down, all covered in a mould. Sink never cleaned and the shower... Preferred to take bath in the ocean. We paid for 2 nights but very next morning left the place trying to forget the most horrifying night ever.

Great location, bad accomodation
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable as hell: old, dirty, and hard as rocks. Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels were also old and looked "off-white". Bathroom was dirty as well. And during my last day, water wasn't flowing to the water tank of the toilet bowl. No toiletries provided. Well, at least it has a nice pool and the location was awesome, so there's that. But there are a lot of alternatives in the area, so you may want to check those.

The hotel did not have our reservation, the room was filthy and moldy. The doorknob fell off and there was a roach in the bathroom. They also only had 1 bed when we requested two twin beds.

One of the worst I have seen
Walked into the room and checked out straight away. Had requested adjoining rooms as had elderly lady travelling with us.Had visited the hotel the previous week to ensure our request had been noted and was assured that the rooms where next to each other. Arrived to find one room was 15 units from the other. One room had a fridge and TV, second room had neither but was compensated by having a wardrobe which the other room didn't. No pillows as such supplied and a thin bed spread was all that came with the room. I have roughed it in the past around the world previously, but even if I wasn't travelling without my wife and mother in law I wouldn't have stayed.

Only stayed one night but when I first arrived the guy at reception wasn't very helpful or friendly. My room was dirty and didnt have any toilet paper and the shower only worked half the time. There were stains on the wall and I felt that the room hadnt been properly cleaned in a while. The gentleman who checked me out in the morning was very lovely as were the women cooking breakfast. The pool was nice and the beach isnt far which is a bonus.

Luck for just 1 night stay on 14 May 2017. Room was big but dirty and smelly. Toilet condition is beyond imagination and worst NO Bath Towels was provided......There are many much better resort around.

Beneyasa I: opposite a convenience store, near post office. To the owner: A. In the rooms you need to put: 1. mirrors 2. another electrical outlet 3. a bath mat 4. a bin 5. some signs to prevent people spitting and blowing their noses in the pool and around the place. Eeew. The offenders don't see the issue, but to international visitors it's grotesque. B. Get rid of all the bikes at the entrance. C. Train the staff to receive guest and serve them with a sense of responsibility. I'm not even asking for a smile. But when they're laying about smoking and playing on their phones guests don't even know who is staff and who isn't. D. Get some clean new cups and plates. Nuff said. And please, please, pay the young lady who tries to make 'breakfast' a little extra. Give her some training so that she doesn't make guests feel as though they're begging for the gloop she serves. In fact, how about you charge a little bit more and train her to make something decent. I'm pretty certain she wants to make progress in her job and life. I empathise with her. To prospective guests: Great location to Kuta beach if you want to learn to surf, get a tattoo, don't mind being ripped off, don't mind the sprawling metropolis of tackiness or being mowed down by hell's angels 0.5. I mean mopeds. When your phone gets knicked, you can go just two doors away to use the internet. Opposite is a new restaurant and hotel that serves great underpriced food by attentive, friendly staff.

It's close to the beach. But...
The hotel room was was bad. The bathroom had water leaks which I believed caused alot of mosquitos to be inside the room. Also only half of the lights inside the room worked and there was some pretty big roaches crawling around. The only nice thing about it was the pool and entrance.

Great 5th stay at Beneyasa
Needs to be understood that this is a step above a back packers. So rating it as excellent is rekative to what it is. It has clean rooms..ac or fans..great pool..quiet..located close to beach..poppies 2..main party legian street. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. The rooms are top to bottom tiled, clean, basic toilet and bathroom ensuite, hot water and basic towels sheets and toilet paper. I would barely rate it 1 star. But the pool, staff, comfortable friendly feeling, safe to leave items on ur balcony..macpro laptop and phones in ur room...no issue. Wifi is good in the public areas. Sign off on your drinks individually at the pool...just saying.

Ideally located simple facilities hotel.
This place is a great quiet location. Poppies 2..main party street, beach, bars and 711. It is not a 5 star place, but barely even a 1. The ground floor rooms have ac, hot water, tv, queen beds and pool access. Others on floor 1 and above have fans and less facility. Its a basic use hotel that u always gotta ask for toilet paper and towels. Great big central grounds space with large pool and wifi access.

Arrived at 12am. Had previously let hotel know I would be arriving late for check in. Very rude man sleeping at reception desk was confused. Pool looked nice but everything else was disgusting. Shown to my room which had no windows just curtain and wooded poles so mosquitos galore. Dead cockroach at foot of the bed. Manky old sheet on bed with lumpy flat cushions. Shower/toilet crawling with roaches and smelt badly of stale urine. I've stayed in a lot of cheap hostels and basic accommodation but never have I been so appauled by hygiene standards, it was like a prison cell. I booked another hotel and left at 6am the next morning.

This is literally one step above a back packers.
Shared rooms availale and aircon too. The staff were great but its a quiet free for all. Great space..pool is nice..the rest is basic. Its about the location to all - beach..poppies 2..max bar...main strip. This is not a luxury, its a clean room, bed, fan or aircon..basic noodles or banana pancake bfast. Tv channels all indo.

Hotel in busy shopping and restraurant area
We arrived as advised by Expedia at 1.30 am in the morning .They could not find our booking and eventually gave us a room in the corner near the road , which we were told in the morning when day staff on is only used in emergencies when someone comes with no Booking. The room was basic as expected ,we were tired after a long and hot trip so went to have a shower before bed , No towels !!asked the night staff who said they do not supply towels !!!(we have never heard of this anywhere in the world before!!. We then discovered that there was no hot water either ,so it was a cold shower or nothing no soap provided and we had to ask for a toilet roll There was also NO TV set at all in the room , talking to other travelers later some had TV's but they did not work . There was no where to hang any cloths as what may have been a wardrobe had no hanging rail or hangers Breakfast was Ok but basic A good plus was a nice clean swimming pool and nice gardens around.

This is a Disgrace
Expedia should be ashamed for promoting such hotels, this place should be condemned, the first room they gave us had a shower that kept falling off the wall and toilet that ran continuously, we asked for another room that at last had a shower, the hotel supplies no Toilet Paper, towels or fresh water, the staff are only there as minders and do almost nothing, the pool is small and green tinge to the water, every morning there are empty beer and other drink bottles thrown around the pool and even on one occasion vomit and in the 2 days we were there it wasn't cleaned up, feces from the many cats is all over the hotel and the cats howl and fight all night. Go to the hotel's web site and this place looks nothing like the pictures, the 2 rooms we tried both smelled of mold and had black mold visible in big patches on the ceiling, the pool has 3 pool chairs of which 2 are broken and 1 completely unusable and none have cushions, backpackers give this place a good rating mainly because of the pool, this place is a health risk and should be avoided even if you're on a budget, we were booked here for 9 days and walked out after the 2nd day and booked accommodation elsewhere, we have booked many holidays with Expedia and we will be seeking a refund for this hotel if we can ever get to contact Expedia, if no refund this will be our last booking with Expedia

Rude staff, dirty hotel
The room was not clean, with dirty bedding and towels, and the water is either cold or scorching hot. Also, there was building work going on in the rooms directly below us, which we had not been informed of. We had booked it for 7 nights, but on the first night my partner got the unfortunate news that a family member had died, so we left to fly to his home the next morning. The staff refused to refund our money for the remaining 6 nights, and were rude to my partner when he asked them. I would not recommend it.

Choose a different Hotel
The room was in terrible condition.. ALOT of mold on the walls and ceiling, dirty, no towel or amenities. WIFI does not reach the rooms.. We had to change rooms, because the first one had stained linnen and the room had a terrible smell. The second room had the same amount of mold on the walls, but "Clean" linnen and less of the wet smell. (blanket is a bedcover, which creeps me out because you cant tell if Its dirty or not). Breakfast was a joke, compared to what you usually get in Bali. One tiny banana pancake OR a banana toast. No other options.. (you nornally get offered fried rice/noodles, toast and egg etc.. Even in the cheapest of hotels) I would never ever stay there again. The people were nice enough, but i have been travelling in Bali for 10 months and know that you can get way better hotels, way cheaper.
