« La chambre de luxe n'est pas comme souvent avec de piètre finition. Ici rien de tout celà. Lit hyper confortable certes mais sol en parquet d'une propreté immaculée. La salle de bain de grand standing, sol en marbre et tout était soigneusement assemblé. Eau hyper chaude sans faillir. Réception neutre mais le " petit personnel " sans le prendre dans le sens péjoratif, très souriant. Seul hic , le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Très peu de proposition. Il n' y...

« I would not consider this a vip hotel. It smell bad and was gross. I saw bed begs and roach on two different days crawling in the day time. Must be some infestation. First time I have experience roaches and bed begs in a hotel. The photos on Expedia and Google are either from when the hotel was brand new or it was photoshop. The place was gross. « This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. The result was excellent. The rest of the staff are also very great, and humble people. We felt like we r home. Keep it up. We will definitely visit again. »

« Our stay at Hotel Aarav Grand was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with comfortable large beds. We left a beloved teddy bear behind and the owner has posted it on to our hotel in Delhi for us. One recommendation I would have is to add a breakfast menu to their room service. »
