"Hotel is very tired, staff are not welcoming. Manager (In all black suit around kitchen area) seemed to walk around looking angry and very unwelcoming. Food is cheaply made, hot dog sausages in a curry is not food for a hotel of this stature. If included or not in the hotel price. Hotel rooms very tired and no headboard which reminds me of a student accomodation, not for a hotel that charges 1500 a night. Hit and miss on staff being friendly and welcoming. Not consistent."

"Where to start...I was recommended this Hotel, so i tried contacting the hotel using their website. The contact info is old, cant call the phone number. "Great location, near to a 7am-10pm supermarket. Also great with 24/7 access to guest kitchen and also coffee machine (press button with choice of coffee, hot water, hot chocolate, cafe latte etc) with take away cups! Great staff! Summertime can be a little loud at nights with street singing at nts nearby, but adds to experience. This summer (2025) was very hot and no air conditioner but wonderful staff provided a grrat fan! Would happily stay again. "
