"The hotel is amazing, housed in a centuries old palace and an easy walk to the main fort. Our luxury suite facing part of the museum was just beautiful. The service was excellent, the room clean, the restaurant has an extraordinary view at night. Our only concern was the lovely pool was infested by pigeons and covered in scum. After a very hot day exploring Jaisalmer that was disappointing. But it will be a lovely memory. "

"The hotel has been open for +10 years and is currently expanding. The design of the hotel is on three levels, with quiet, shady, cool corners as well as sunny rooftop dinning areas. The dining areas have great views of the Jaisalmer Fort, which is a located two hundred metres away. The craftsmanship of the lobby and rooms is excellent. Following the style of the historic Havelis in the area and made with stone and intricate woodworking. Best of all was the Hotel Manager, called Khan. He made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of advice to make the most of our stay in Jaisalmer. Including helping us book a very memorable trip into the Sam Sands Desert, with a camel ride, dinner and local musicians. We also hired Khan’s nephew as our Tuk Tuk driver and guide. Iram was brilliant, spoke good English and showed us to various sights over our three days. "
