     - a large, bright apartment with a west-facing balcony (evening sun), approx. 64sqm
    - centrally located and still quiet, as the apartment is oriented towards the courtyard
    - 1. Floor, elevator available
    - 2 bedrooms, living / dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom; all rooms very spacious
    - very well and high quality equipped in a maritime design
