no hot water in the kitchen sink I would not stay ther again until 10 yrs down the track. as they will take that long to fix it the wholw area.We were not allowed to use the shuttle because we weren't pemananent residences. only 1/5

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately hot water is usually only provided in the bathroom not the kitchen sink but there is always a kettle for your convenience. As of the shuttle bus it is provided for the tenant / residences, you may enjoy the ride by mentioning you are the tenant of the unit that you are staying. Its our pleasure hosting your stay. Pros: Good sized unit for a couple. Kitchen with laundry very handy. Close to the city. Quiet - building works across the road but was not overly loud. Cons: Very complicated check in process. Took 3 phone calls to get all the information required to find the key and then the unit. Was told to tell guards that we were visiting a friend as unit was not supposed to be rented out, although complex seemed to be filled with tourists. When we finally found the unit and entered the first thing we noticed was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke - unit was advertised as non-smoking. No information left in unit as to how to connect to provided wifi (another phone call required, text not answered), the complex facilities or how to access them. Provided toiletries did not include soap or conditioner and limited toilet paper. Kitchen was poorly equipped with only a skillet, egg flip and bread board. Spoons, forks and glasses provided but no knives. No basics provided such as salt and pepper, coffee or milk. Washing machine/dryer combo handy but need to buy own washing powder. Bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the bedroom lit up all night due to the window in the bathroom facing a lit walkway and the bathroom walls constructed of frosted glass.

Thank you for your feedback Ms Tracey. We sincerely apologize on all the inconvenience caused. We have our person in charge contact & email stated on the booking so should you need any assistance you should be able contact us. We required guest to contact us prior to check in as we will be sending guest a text / email guidance on check in. However we are unable to contact Ms Tracey due to contact and email wasn't provided. We apologize on the poor management of security on behalf of the building. Wifi is stated in the unit itself. Kitchen and Bathroom are equipped with basic amenities for guest use, should you need anything else such as extra toilet roll, soap, conditioner, washing powder, knives, salts and pepper and etc we are able to send to your doorstep.

駅からは少し遠いですが、部屋やそこからの眺望は素晴らしい。チェックインが複雑。英語で電話ができないと少し苦労する。ただ、とてもいい部屋と眺望なのでトライしてみるのはアリかもしれないです。
