Loved the apartment touches, very fun! It was walkable to everything we wanted to see in Krakow. Having the laundry option was great after earlier travel. We would come back!

Lovely apartment. Great position about 1 mins walk from old town. Lovely and clean. Breakfast very good. Very helpful on reception. Could have done with extra pillows.

The location of the apartment was very close to the old town which was extremely convenient. The prices were very affordable and it was worth the stay. The staff were also very friendly and I would highly recommend.

If I was to go back to Krakow I would definitely stay at the Parkside short walk to the square a very desirable place to stay 5*

Amazing Hotel
Our stay at Parkside Apartments was amazing. The value for the price is great, and the hotel is just about 10 minutes walk from the center and main attractions. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The apartment was very clean and had all amenities listed. Definitely will stay again!

Nice and convenient
Very nice hotel in a great location, within walking distance to the old town. The apartment was small but comfortable, perfect for two people. It had a kitchen and even a washing machine. It’s in a safe and quiet location and there’s a convenience store just downstairs. There is a lift in the building. Highly recommended.

2nd time stay.
Second time we have stayed here, nice big apartments and very clean, 2 mins walk from main square. Breakfast also available at 36PL per person. Ideal location for site seeing.

Will definitely return. Fantastic apartment in a great area. Minutes from the square. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on. The mattress was of great quality and it was huge! My only negative would be that it would be helpful if you could provide a small quantity of washing up liquid and a dish towel.

Amazing staff and great place
Stayed for three nights two of them in a standard room and one in a jacuzzi room both spotless amazing amenities and a the comfiest circular bed. On top of this the staff were all so amazing nothing but helpful.

We had an amazing stay, we came from an awful experience and were overjoyed by the welcome we got. One small negative was the balcony door being broken and unable to lock, we did report it but it didn't have a negative outcome on our trip at all.

The property is located in one of the best parts of the town: close to all the restaurants and within walking distance from the Wawel castle. The parking option (with a small fee) was great and necessary. The staff of the property was excellent and helped us with literally everything. Finally, the room was very spacious and modern.

Great location
The apartment was very comfortable , on the 4th floor with a balcony . Great position for the old town . Just difficulty in checking in , no one was there and it is code entry . Bit frustrating after travelling all day . That is the only negative .

Highly recommended apartment.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment, nice sized bedrooms with a lovely modern shower room. Tiny but functional kitchen area with a full sized fridge freezer. Had a small balcony, not much of a view but nice to sit outside for breakfast. Smart lounge area with a settee and 2 large comfy armchairs. A large TV which had 1 English speaking station. Really good location, on the edge of the Old Town and 10 mins walk to the train station. Hotel arranged an airport transfer which was approx £22.

A fantastic place to stay
The staff on reception were very pleasant, they gave us some useful information and let us book in early which was a fantastic start to our stay, we arrived at our apartment and it exceeded our expectations, bottled water in the fridge and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, the room itself was even better than the pictures showed, it had plenty of shower gels and shampoo's, an iron a washing machine. It was a very modern apartment with a balcony, we had plenty of space for 4 adults. It's only a short walk to the main square and tram stop's, I'd certainly book again and recommend the apartments to family and friends.

Great stay with some minor negatives
Our stay at the Parkside apartments was great. The location was ideal, very close to the old town and most tourist attractions but still accessible by car, which is a rare thing in Krakow. Having on side parking was a bonus. The parking was expensive, but... Also, we would expect a much better quality of towels in an apartment of that price and caliber. They were very old and worn out. The kitchen equipment was a strict minimum in terms of quantity of cups, plates and cutlery.

Very impressed with the facilities with there being a hot tub in the room. Exactly what we were expecting and really enjoyed the time spent in there. The room itself was large and had everything we needed. Only down fall was the lack of lighting. Particularly in the main bedroom. And no mirror in the spare bedroom. Also the floor of the jacuzzi room was very slippy when there was water on it. Had to put towels down on the floor otherwise would be very dangerous. Other than that the team at parkside were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

They gave me a key card that did not work. Once we got out and came back, I realized that the card cannot open the door. They do not have 24/7 reception and they do not answer my calls, neither emails. I had to book another room in another hotel last minute for $150 to be able to have a bed. In the morning they were rude and refused to give us a refund.

Hello, From our perspective, this whole situation looked differently. During the check in, guests were informed that reception desk does not work 24/7 and were given our emergency phone number. We told them that having our night phone number is the one and only way to contact us at night. The cards that were given worked, guests got in the building and in the apartment. In the morning, when our worker and guests entered the apartment, two given cards were lying on the table and Guests tried to persuade us that the card that did not work was ours, but in fact our system did not recognize it. Guests have chosen another hotel and most probably, they used their card to convince us that we made a mistake in order to get a refund. We do not feel responsible for the situation, so we cannot provide it. Kindest regards.

A hidden gem.
A modern, clean apartment with all you need for a great stay. Beds were so comfy and the air conditioning was a bonus in the hot weather. Friendly, helpful staff and a great location for exploring Krakow. Day trips and airport transfers can be booked at reception and was so easy to do. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. There is no signage on the building, hence the review title.

Apartments very modern and clean. Very central and in an excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was at front of building which was very noisy through night esp early morning with traffic and drunk revellers going home. I would definitely stay again but would request a room onlooking the courtyard. Airport Transfers and trip was organised through apartments before arrival and could not fault service from this company also.

The apartment was very comfortable except for the street noise. The location is excellent, close to all the restaurants and within walking distance to the historic sites. The tour agency (Cracow Tours) picks up just across the street from the apartment. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. It's also convenient to have the parking space available (for a small fee) at the facility.

Nice, needs sofa and curtains
Lovely but small, very clean and in a good area.. lacked a sofa if you wanted to chill out. Just 2 tub chairs...and with the amount of walking we did we could have done with a comfy sofa Very bright on a morning as no curtains. Im a light sleeper so this wasnt good for me
