Lovely hotel just a quick walk to the old town. Also if you plan any day trips, most of the tour companies pick up point is 2 minutes up the same street so a really great base for exploring. Hotel itself was well maintained, staff very helpful and the breakfast had a really good choice of hot and cold foods. I would stay here again if visiting Krakow and would recommend to friends and family.

What a brilliant value for money property in the heart of Kazimierz. staff have been great and the maids really good and flexible when I had a lie-in to come back a bit later spotless room is incredibly good value for money. I think I paid less than £100 a night and it’s in a great Location and a 20 minute walk into the centre of the old town highly recommended 👍

Location, staff, room and breakfast offer - nothing negative to say about it, all was good. Also a big plus for the parking space + that it's located to a main street leading straight up to Stare Miesto, the old town, as well as Kazimierz behind the building (for great food experiences). The gym - missing free weights, not much / heavy needed, but up to 15 kg handles would do a huge difference for someone who needs daily exercise for rehabilitation purposes. Overall; Will definitely stay here again, as I hope to come back for another visit to Krakow to explore the surroundings more.

Accomodation indeed was very nice & welcoming, comfortable & clean.A quiet room was given as the area outside the main entrance is busy with traffic All day long, but the Trams still can be heard as they slow down & stop in the distance on an Evening & when they start up again early doors You really know you are in Poland. It's great for a bustling city which is worth a stay & not too far from the Main square which you can choose to visit on foot / take public transport which is conveniently just outside across the Road & you can alight just outside the hotel.Use the App "jakdojade"Sue

The hotel is bright and well decorated. The rooms are a decent size with a good shower and nice bathroom area. Really comfy beds and quiet rooms. The breakfast is really good with lots on offer and good coffee machines. The location is a 15/20 min walk to the castle and a little further to the main square. A train station is close by and the team stops directly outside the hotel. Some of the staff were pleasant but some were unhelpful. It was so hot and the air con was struggling bit. I needed ice to cool down and the bar had closed at 10pm about 10 mins before I asked for some ice. The receptionist had got some from the bar the night before even though it was closed. On the last night the new receptionist told me to buy ice which wasn't great as I needed it for a swollen ankle. There are 2 shops near which is a plus when you can walk to them. I could stay there again or I could choose a different hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel whilst visiting Krakow. The hotel itself is very nice. The breakfast is extremely good with lots of variety. My problems were with the room, we stayed on room 401. Whilst the bed was extremely comfortable the lighting in the room was very poor. It had lights below the bed and around the headboard with bedside lamps but there was only 1 light in the ceiling so therefore the lighting in the room was very dim. It also had 2 big armchairs in the room and a smaller velour chair, why so many chairs? The room itself wasn’t big enough for all these chairs. Also nowhere to put your suitcases. Also my pet hate not enough hangers in the wardrobe. My other problem was the shower it had a waterfall shower with a hose attachment. The waterfall shower had no power to it as did the hand held attachment. I have long hair and wash it daily so this was a problem for me. I eventually noticed a button which made the water come out faster but with was way to powerful but this is what I had to keep it on. Would I stay here again probably not because of the above reasons.
