Very nice and clean in our apartment,friendly staff and locatuon is spot on near to things you would want to see. How we saw the apartment is how i left it when we left,clean and tidy and also stripped the bedding before i left and emptied the bins and hoovered n cleand.

We spent 3 nights in number 4 and were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our 17 year old granddaughter loved her loft bedroom space which gave her privacy and ability to sleep in without being disturbed. Basic kitchen where a toaster would have been a helpful addition. The main square was very close and whole city is wonderful. Thank you Fresh we had a great time!

Great place to stay in Kraków! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is ideal—close to a shopping centre, grocery stores, and the train station, plus just a short walk to the city centre. Super convenient and a perfect base for exploring the city.

Little adjustment would have been 5 Stars

The apartments were in a fantastic location. Amenities were very good with everything we needed including an iron, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, fan and plenty of crockery and utensils. Check in and out was flawless. Apartment was very quiet the only downside was the curtains which were too short and thin meaning early morning light meant sleep was difficult beyond 4am in the main living area.

The apartment was in the center of the city. It was very very clean. The communication was perfect. Whatever I asked, I received an answer the next minute. I definitely recommend this place.

Everything was wonderful, it was clean, easy to communicate, great area and location. Helpful lady who checked us in and out. The only thing was that there was no little shampoo, conditioner and shower gel just for one time use. Usually everyone has it, it’s just convenience.

Was all that we required as we ate out for breakfast/dinner in the local old town. One thing that I would mark down for is the regular trains which seemed to pass every 5 mins but that’s only the location. The apartment was clean and Simon who booked us in was very knowledgable about the local area and he was very helpful. Great that they organise your trips to auchwitz etc and our transfers to the airport, I would stay again but would request a street apartment due to the train noise.

Loved it

I absolutely LOVED our stay at Fresh Apartments. The location is perfect, close to Old Town Krakow with lots of public transport to go to other places as well. I loved that it was near a shopping mall too! The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped and the customer service was great also. I did not enjoy that the bed was on the floor but it wasn't a deal breaker. I give it 4 stars because the internet was terrible so that could be improved.

I'd find another option

Old property. Up two flights of stairs so hopeless for someone on a walking stick as i am. There is a light but no one told me about it and i tripped in the dark and waa lucky to escape injury on the second day. Beds were like sleeping on hardboard. I ended up sleeping the whole trip on the couch. Shower was even worse. Was blocked when we got there and temperature gauge was inconsistent throughout our stay. The staff running the front office were nice but that, plus its location, were about the only good points.

The apartment was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep. The receptionist suggested moving to a quieter studio that was available, but the manager said it was not possible.

Upgrade the wifi please!

Appreciated the staff help on checkin with local attractions and obtaining some laundry soap. The loft area is more of a crawl space, unable to stand. Each apartment has wifi router, when you have issues with yours, you're told to just jump onto next available link. Trouble is, only 2-3 were operational by the end of our time there, and the bandwidth was being shared by the whole building. Upgrade your network!

Kan trygdt anbefales. Når man klikker inn på de enkelte rommene står det opplistet fasiliteten "utendørs lekeområde", og generelt for Fresh apartements står det fasiliteten "hage" - ok greit nok, det er en liten hage, men er uenig i at det er et "utendørs lekeområde" - jeg ville heller kalt det et delt utendørs røykeområde. Det jeg likte minst var at enheten jeg booket ikke var tilgjengelig (uten varmt vann), og at jeg derfor fikk nøkkel til en "standard leilighet" - mens jeg hadde bestilt "deluxe leilighet". Etter å ha klaget ble jeg oppgradert til en mye større leilighet som nok var unødig stor, men som vi ble veldig godt fornøyde med, bl.a. fordi den også hadde badekar som var viktig for oss. Det var noen "småting" som trengte ettersyn, men slik er det som regel.

Bra boende, relativt bekvämt, men lite lågt i tak för maken på sovloftet (där dubbelsängen var) då han är 1,95 cm. Inte jättemodernt, men allt fungerade och var funktionellt! Läget var toppen! Kan varmt rekommendera.
