« really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. »

« The location of the property was excellent and the room was very clean. The shared bathroom was a bit tricky in the mornings when people from all 3 rooms wanted to shower and get ready for the day! The bed was also very low although comfortable. The bedding smelt lovely and it felt very safe in the area around the apartment and in the building. »

Seul bémol les escaliers, il ne me semble pas préciser dans le descriptif mais si non je recommande vraiment ce logement ! Manque juste un micro-ondes et de l'eau un peu plus chaude ! Si non tout étais parfait belle prestation et très propre !! »

"Nous sommes vraiment ravies de notre séjour à l'hôtel. Les chambres sont spatieuses, très propres. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Vraiment parfait. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien servi, énormément de choix et délicieux. Et il est très agréable en fin de journée de se détendre à la piscine et spa. Vraiment parfait ! Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Cracovie à pieds, pas plus de 10 minutes pour se retrouver au pied de la place centrale. Je vous recommande vivement ! "
