The villa features a spacious 4-room unit spanning 270 square meters across two levels, offering a south-facing position for optimal sunlight. The main level includes a stunning living/dining room covering 120 square meters, equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, leading to a terrace through an exit. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, also providing access to the terrace. This level also includes a shower/bidet/WC.

Amenities Included

The villa is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. Air conditioning is present in the living/dining room and one of the bedrooms, while fans are available in another bedroom. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs, and a barbecue (portable) is available for outdoor grilling. Satellite TV and televisions are installed for entertainment purposes. Heating is available when needed. The villa can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
