Nice location on the sea front and friendly staff! The issue is the restaurant food and service needs improvement! Burger tasteless and no one cleared up after we ate so we left! Breakfast hot choices limited

Smart comfort near the centre of things
Well-kept , stylish modern hotel in a very convenient situation near the port. Bedrooms have wonderful sea view and the restaurant does too.

The hotel location is excellent. My room’s view to the Aegean Sea was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was my second time at the hotel . Lovely , lovely experience ! We loved everything about this hotel. Fabulous sea views, great breaky, lovely staff, walking distance to everything and swimming from the stairs, into the sea, from the hotel deck!

Truly disappointing in many ways
To say that our stay here was disappointing is an understatement. We were looking for other hotels on our first night of arrival, but due to seasonality, we couldn't get anything last minute. After falsely advertising a pool which is in it's 'sister' hotel (that was closed for refurbishment), I was informed I could swim in the sea. The music from the bar/restaurant will keep you up until 1am. We heard 4 other couple complaining about it in reception. The speakers from the bar are in the roof and if you're anywhere near this side on the first or second floor, you'll feel like you're in a club. We asked to move room and were told that we'd have to wait an extra day to move. It was off season and the hotel was super quiet, so we had two sleepless nights. The gym in itself needs a visit from health and safety. It was a death trap with wires everywhere and only able to be used at certain times because a nail technician uses the space. Not sure why she can't use one of the deafening rooms that they allow guests to sleep in above the blaring music from the restaurant. The receptionists were extremely rude and unaccommodating in every aspect. Customer service is non existent. Breakfast buffet is poor quality food with unappetizing options. We ate elsewhere.

So the location is great and the staff friend however the hotel needs a facelift and refreshing the rooms! Tired and a Lille depressing . Dinner despite lovely service was not good and we waited almost an hour for the starters! Considering one night including dinner was 300 euros I suggest staying elsewhere sorry

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and kept very clean. The views from the room are breathtaking and you have the option to have your room cleaned every day. The breakfast is lovely and the staff are very welcoming and polite. Our flight was cancelled and we arrived a day late and the hotel was very accommodating. The only downside is the walls are quite thin; reception had to telephone the room next to ours to ask them to turn the TV down. This was a very small blip in an otherwise enjoyable stay!
