Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city.

This a good location and easy to go the old down town hotel. It has a very good breakfast.

Don't hesitate, just book! What can I say - the hotel is stunning and in a perfect location. Set back from St Stephen's Square, we found it very quiet base & so easy to get to around the city. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was amazing with a very comfortable bed. The beautiful bathroom had Penhaligon toiletries, rain shower & separate bidet toilet. A lovely welcome note, bottle of wine and treats awaited us in the room. A Nespresso machine & complimentary mini bar, stocked with soft drinks, water & beer were a lovely touch. During our stay, the kitchen was partially closed, so only offering breakfast service, the menu for which was very extensive and everything we tried - so delicious. The hotel, very generously laid a table from midday with pastries, fruit, cakes wine, water and fruit juice for guests to help themselves to, with coffee available on request. It was our first trip to Vienna and we felt that we had struck gold with our choice. A couple we spoke to at breakfast, said they had been coming to Vienna for years, having stayed in many luxury hotels, but had found their 'Vienna Home' at The Leo Grand, and now only book here. I'm sure they won't mind me quoting them & we fully agree. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, shops etc.. on the doorstep, the city is very walkable and it was great to be able to head back to St Stephen's spire, which can be seen from most areas. You won't regret booking into this wonderful boutique hotel.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning interiors and top quality food! The gym and spa are luxe in a boutique space and the room was a small sanctuary.

I loved my stay at the Henriette Stadthotel! The hotel is well located in Vienna's 2nd district and on the U-Bahn U1 line which makes getting there and around the city easy. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms clean, comfortable and stylish and the breakfast offering great.
