Best hotel our family has stayed at. Beautiful hotel in perfect location and friendly staff. The breakfast is unbelievable with the variety, freshness and love of locally made dishes. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Come here to enjoy a classically welcoming hotel , meticulously designed to highlight the Austrian beauty of a water facing palace. Our room had a small elegant sitting area and a beautiful bedroom. We loved sitting in the charming lobby under exquisite chandeliers sipping Aperols. This hotel was an easy walk to the grand plazas . This was our second visit!. Grazie mille

Breakfast with a lot of variety. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to the old town.

We stayed for 2 nights here, after the Postjona Caves and before heading to Trieste for the day. We didn’t take advantage of their spa facilities unfortunately as we did not have time, but it was easy to find the hotel and had good parking. The breakfast here was fantastic ! I would recommend and stay here again.

Great front desk service. Valet was same as self park and easier. Very welcoming. Nice breakfast. Loved the location!

Lots of space and microwave for convenience and fridge

A short walk from the train station and the ferry pier, the location is great. The room is spotless, spacious and stylishly decorated. The bed is comfortable. Whatever scent they use for the toiletries, are very nice. It’s also very quiet in the room. Staff at the lobby on the first floor was also very helpful and friendly.

Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Extremely quiet room in a great part of the city. Excellent breakfast. Very accommodating with our late arrival. Comfy beds and good sleep.

we arrived late and the person at the reception was very welcoming . He helped us with the luggage explain everything concerning the hotel . we were very tired and we really appreciated his kindness. We were very happy that the internet worked very well !!! we were not expecting that , it was a very nice surprise!!! the room was very clean and confortable. we slept very well.

Room was clean and close to main site seeing areas.

Everything at this hotel was perfect. It was a night that will be remembered as special.
