The studio features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable 1.80-meter bed as well as a separate sleeping area—ideal if you’re travelling with your significant other, friends, or as a small family and value space and privacy. The furnishings are deliberately harmonious: timeless, high-quality, and with great attention to detail—true to the Seeglück style.

The compact, lovingly designed kitchen—a charming little kitchen—will surprise you with its full range of amenities. Here you’ll find everything you need for relaxing days: oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and many other practical amenities. Of course, a hair dryer is also available in the bathroom.

The location couldn’t be more central: situated right next to the Döbele parking lot, you’re just a few steps away from the vibrant life of the Old Town. Cafés, restaurants, small boutiques, and the special atmosphere of Konstanz are practically at your feet. Things get especially lively in the spring and fall, when the famous Döbele Fair takes place—a colourful, traditional event with a character all its own.
