« The room was not clean, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and even the hallway looked dirty and unkept. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very disappointing. I expected a much better experience, but the condition of the room and surroundings made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management seriously improves their housekeeping standards. »

« For the price we have paid it is an expected hotel but not great. things they must improve: 1.Toilets are not properly cleaned 2\. Rooms are not well sound proofed. a baby crying 2 rooms away from us can be heard during day time 3\. Geyser switch controlled by manager and you have request him every time you need to use hot water 4\. No mosquito repellents hence they are enjoying on guests »
