"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"The hotel is nice and new BUT you have to pay extra for literally everything. Extra pay for sauna per person? Really? Also the pillows are just Aweful and they rent different pillows. "The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of options. The room wasn't the cleanest, and the AC did not work, so it was very hot. Otherwise, it was fine and gave us what we needed for our 2-night stay. If you want to check out Bled Lake it's not too far, but you do have to bus or drive. "

"I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel and restaurant. I was afraid there may have been someone hiding. We were the only ones in the building with access to everything. The next morning we found and couple at eating breakfast. They got in at 11pm. The chef, Jacob, was not aware there was more people and had to find food for us. Jacob was the best part of the experience. He was the only staff in the building. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. We left the keys and told Jacob were were leaving. The manager called me hours later. I aksed for a refund for the 2nd night. He refused. I told him about the safety concerns. He offered me a place in Bled. At that point we already booked another room. Do not stay here!!! Safety issues. My family was afraid to spend the night .SaferSafertystayn9led. "
