Everything was clean and comfortable The food and breakfast also very delicious So lucky we got to stay here during our trip and we experienced Narai Juku before all tourists came to sight see . "We felt like part of a welcoming family!!! The staff were beautiful especially the lovely lady in gift shop who showed us how to make paper cranes!!! Food was sensational and the onsens were beautiful. Such a special location deep in the mountains and away from hustle and bustle Highly recommended for a restful break"

"Great place. As billed. Food was meh. Onsen was fantastic. If you’re a guy, you get access to a big barrel sauna. If you’re a gal, you’re out of luck—their culture, their rules. Nice place though. Great rooms, any amenities you can imagine available for use—robes, slippers, air purifiers, humidifiers, even little bitty crocs for kids. Good location, short stroll to Kozenji Temple. Overall I’d recommend it."

"A small but lovely hot spring onsite. Price was very reasonable. Free breakfast was nice. Organic vegetables was a nice touch. Room was serviceable but similar to a business hotel in size. One nice touch was tge large table and bench. Nice for foreigners that there were English instructions throughout hotel. Air conditioning, and toilet had English. Iida is a lovely city, I particularly like the apple Street. It must be lovely in apple season. And senjojiki cirque is only 25 mins drive away. Would definitely recommend."

"Our experience with this hotel was overall good! Staff was kind and friendly, facilities were a little dated and the lighting inside the room needs updating, pure white light is not the most pleasant, however the traditional Japanese bedroom experience was very cool! Breakfast was also awesome! That alone made this experience super cool!"
