The grounds and furnishings are pristine. The kitchen is well appointed. The pool, heated spa and views to the ocean are 5 stars. We have stayed in Poipu before and this location is the best. You have quick access to beaches, shopping and restaurants in Poipu and Koloa. Plus a huge neighborhood to explore on foot with walking paths. While there is significant construction happening in the neighborhood, including next door, we didn’t find it bothersome. The crews were very conscientious. What also enhanced our experience was the property management company. The details they provided in their welcome email of all the provisions included (e.g., locally sourced shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, TP, coffee filters, salt & pepper) helped with packing and shopping. Plus, a welcome package of wine, and local coffee and snacks was a nice surprise! Concierge service is included and they were very proactive in reaching out to encourage advance bookings, which are absolutely necessary. And when we accidentally broke the blender pitcher, they delivered a new one right away. Thanks Sean! All around, top notch service. We would definitely recommend this property! ##### Mary B.
