Indulge your senses in this newly built, 1800 square foot home on Kauai’s SUNNY south shore. If you’re one who has an appreciation for the finer things in life, your expectations will be exceeded as you experience one of the best rental accommodations South Kauai has to offer! There are three bedrooms, two full baths, central air-conditioning, and tasteful furnishings and artwork that were all put together by a professional designer. The luxurious master suite features a walk-in closet as well as a glass walk-in shower and Jacuzzi... You may never leave! Just when you think it can’t get any better, walk out into the impeccably landscaped yard and...“Oh Yeah!”… your own private pool! The best part.....you don’t have to share it with 100 or more people as you do when staying at one of the resorts. This delightful pool even features a small water feature and it’s the best place to relax away a lazy Kauai afternoon. You are just minutes from two of Kauai’s best beaches, 'Shipwreck Beach' and the World famous 'Poipu Beach'. Poipu Beach has been voted 'Best Beach' in America by the Travel Channel and for good reason with so much to offer. Your children will love the calm waters, where they can explore the underwater world with a mask and snorkel. The small waves are good for beginning boogie borders but there’s a surfing area for those experienced surfers as well. Other frequent visitors to this beach are the beloved Hawaiian Monk Seals who come here to rest in the sun just like we do! It had an abundance of towels, pool toys, ocean toys, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen was completely stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, measuring cups, skewers for the BBQ, Toasters (2), coffee maker, etc. The only bed we used was the king in the master and it was very comfy. This house is very cozy and comfy and the neighborhood is quiet. We walked everyday to the ocean which you can see from the house. We used the pool everyday which was so nice and refreshing. With a short walk we didn’t miss one sunrise or sunset. This home has everything you could need while vacationing in Hawaii. It’s fully equipped with beach needs, Chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment and children sand toys. The way the lanai is set up is perfect with four different seating areas. The interior pictures of the home don’t do it justice, its perfect and filled with beautiful art work and very comfy furniture. The only down side was the exterior pictures are old and the hedge that separates this home and neighbor is mostly gone, and its on the pool side. That house is also a rental and the guest while we were there didn’t realize the outside light shines right on our patio and you really don’t get to see the stars on this side of the home or want to sit on this side of the house. Something we got use to. Each and every time I contacted Chad his response was very quick. The cleaning crew did a great job. We hope this will be available once again for our family.
