It was quiet and had everything we needed. We loved the retractable walls to enjoy the fresh island breeze throughout the day. The house layout was great. Sliders opening from the kitchen to the patio, pool, hot tub. After returning from the day’s activities we spent the late afternoons here. House has a Sonos system so poolside tunes made it fun. The master everything was great. Each bedroom had its own bath. House was wonderfully landscaped. Very private. It is a great location with a beautiful pool area and amenities. However, we had a bad experience trying to get a hold of the property manager early on in our stay and throughout the stay. Initially we realized the AC in the house was not functioning properly. We tried our best to resolve the issue but then turned to the property manager to assist with the issue so we could be comfortable in the property. We received multiple texts that the issue would be addressed/someone would come over and look at the unit. That never happened after multiple follow ups. The guest staying in the downstairs were not too thrilled sleeping in the heat for the entirety of their stay. We referenced the directory book and there was simply not enough information in there regarding AC operation/troubleshooting. Also there was not enough information in the directory on how to use some of the technology in the house including the TV which is strange. I consider myself to be somewhat tech savvy and the TVs in the house were simply not user friendly at all. I even reached out to the property manager to get some assistance on the TV with no success. More resources need to be provided so guests can use these amenities. ##### Blake M.
