  • With its captivating ambience, dramatic wood, glass and board-formed concrete architecture, and exhilarating views, Hale Oma'oma'o—this irresistibly inviting new Kukui'ula villa—offers all the expected attractions, along with a great many pleasant surprises. The striking contemporary décor features elegant, comfortable furnishings and appealing island-themed art, while an intriguing bi-level layout provides multiple options for active fun, restorative relaxation, privacy and festive gatherings. There’s a stylishly appointed great room; a supremely comfortable entertainment center/family room; a covered BBQ-and-alfresco-dining lanai with outdoor TV lounge; and a spectacular wood-decked pavilion that showcases a shimmering infinity pool and matching hot tub. Exquisite Hawaii Sunsets

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home perfectly accommodated our family of 6 adults. Great location to activities and restaurants around the island. We spent many evenings enjoying a take-out dinner and conversation on the upper deck while taking in the sunset. The hot tub and pool provided us with relaxation after a day of either golf, hiking or kayaking. The neighborhood is quiet and great for a morning or evening walk. I would highly recommend this property for 4 couples or a family with older children, not one with small children. All bedrooms are large, well-appointed and en-suite, plenty of space to relax together or separately.

Gorgeous brand new villa

We may have been the first guests to stay at this glorious villa, so that may color our experience a bit getting to pop the tags off the provided beach umbrellas and fire up the grill for the first time, but regardless, this place is it. Huge, bright, comfortable spaces with top of the line appliances and finishes, a well thought out layout and a perfect pool/lanai space, our entire party had a blast there. The abundant common areas were spaced to encourage time together no matter the time of day or occasion. Breakfast around the kitchen bar, meals at the beautiful dining table or al fresco by the grill, afternoons at the pool and evening relaxation around the couch. Bedrooms were also well spaced in the corners, so there was always somewhere to escape to if needed. The kitchen was well supplied, internet was generally solid (though the tvs had a few glitchy moments), and the laundry area was key. And the view! We spent so much time just looking out the floor to ceiling windows with the ocean and partial sunsets in the distance. It was a short (6 minute) drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, groceries, and pretty much anything you would need. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. The few cons worth mentioning hardly balance against the overwhelmingly positive experience we had. Only one of the four bedrooms had true blackout curtains available and the driveway doesn't accommodate two large vehicles well. That's about it. Highly recommend. What a place!
