⚡ Electricity is billed based on your actual usage, regardless of the length of your stay:
• Electricity: 7 THB/kWh
Meter readings are taken upon arrival and departure.

🧼 For stays of 7 nights or more, a full cleaning service is automatically provided each week (2,500 THB).
👉 A discount is applied for stays of 7 nights or more to offset this cost and allow you to fully enjoy your stay.

🔐 A security deposit of 10,000 THB is required upon arrival and will be refunded at checkout if no damage is found.

🎥 For your safety, the villa is equipped with two outdoor cameras; no private areas (patio, pool, interior) are monitored—your privacy is fully respected.
