This beautiful villa is located on a lovely small private complex of 8 villas in beautifully kept gardens &, palm tree's surrounding a large 8m x 14m swimming pool and sala area...

The villa has a large 130 square metres of living space on 2 floors,the ground floor open plan with a living room,dining area and large modern kitchen with all amenities and downstairs w/c, flat screen TV with iptv movie channels,sports and 100,s TV channels; private garden & patio area with free use of BBQ...

Upstairs both large double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and outdoor balconies to enjoy lovely views...
Set in a nice quiet area of Maenam but close enough to enjoy the amazing beach and Maenam centre 1.5 km away,its the perfect place to explore everything Koh samui has to offer.

I live less than 5 mins away from Maenam Hills and am contactable anytime to assist you with any needs you may have.
On arrival I will meet you at the villa and give you tips on places to visit,things to do and can arrange car,motorbike hire and arrange any trips you may want to do.I will also give you a map of the island with many recommendations of things to do and visit...
