Very comfortable, A/C in all rooms. Car park is about 3 minutes brisk walk - we didn’t realise we couldn’t park out front when we booked, it wasn’t a big issue though as parking is pretty close. If it rains the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs had water dripping loudly on the window frame. Overall fantastic value for what you get.
