"Si globalement, le Mercure de Coblence est satisfaisant du niveau quatre étoiles que nous connaissons, mais la chambre numéro 516 comporte une salle de bain, digne des Hotel de Préfecture entre parenthèses qui n’ont pas de classement) : l’évier de belles taille n’est pas bien fixé et est susceptible de décrocher sur s’appui, ballon, encontre ment dessus de la salle de bain, effectivement conforte, déséquilibre des éléments pour l’équilibre, les personnes handicapées circuit bien, mais l’écoulement de l’eau est pitoyablement mauvais qui ignore la pièce par un écoulement collant l’orifice d’écoulement d’ailleurs est petit et vrai Sables vraiment plus ou moins bouché. Ceci aurait pu être remarqué depuis de nombreux semaines, je pense par le personnel responsable du suivi technique.trois "

"Bon hôtel, bien situé mais dans une zone où il est difficile d'éviter le bruit. Climatisation relativement bruyante aussi, j'aurais dû prendre mes boules quiès pour dormir. Conditions exceptionnelles il est vrai : 35°C, en pleine vague de chaleur. Déjà, l'hôtel est climatisé, très bien de ce point de vue. Personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner très bien. Etant véhiculé, pour se garer, parking à 2€ de l'heure mais attention, paiement en cash seulement."

L’endroit est magnifique et près des attractions touristiques dont le téléphérique pour aller à la forteresse de Koblenz et la rencontre du Rhin et de la Mossel. Notre chambre avec terrasse fleurie est invitante à la détente. Chambre au goût du jour, confortable et lumineuse. Salle de bain petite et bien équipée. Propreté remarquable. Le personnel à l’accueil est courtois, poli, souriant et rapide. Le déjeuner-buffet matinal est délicieux, plats variés, bonne cuisine santé pour commencer la visite de cette magnifique ville de Koblenz.
