« Nach Ankunft war unsere Buchung über Hotels.com nicht bekannt. Es wurde ein anderer Preis gefordert und erst auf mehrmaligen Hinweis und vorzeigen der Bestätigung anerkannt, dass bereits online gezahlt wurde. Das Zimmer war nicht das gebuchte Doppelzimmer, sonder ein auf einmal umbenanntes eigentliches Einzelzimmer. Es fehlten W-Lan, großes Bett, Fernseher und Kühlschrank, die in der Beschreibung als Ausstattung angegeben waren. Einzig die Lage am wunderbaren Strand hat einige Enttäuschung...

« Das Personal war sehr schnell besonders mit Essen und ja Linda war sehr hilfreich Das Zimmer war auch sauber und die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und grün Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Es lohnt sich den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang dort anzuschauen. Es ist möglich die Unterkunft mit Pradia (TukTuk) zu erreichen. Ihr unbedingt den Preis verhandeln und vergleichen, da für Touristen andere Preise als für Einheimische verlangt werden Den werden wir wieder...

The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. « the hotel is well situated ,and is very clean. rpooms themselves are from a very good quality. the fisrt night there was no place in the resto, as a seminar was ongoing and they tried to put us on a terras, in the wind. However, staff was very helpful to come with alternative solution. but a lot on the menu was notr available ( glass of white wine neither(?)) and we were sitting in the smoke of the bonfire. Not the best experience , though. Breakfast included is ok but could be improved a...

« We stayed two nights at Elmina Bay and enjoyed it a lot. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds. The hotel is about 10 min away from Elmina at a beautiful bay with sand beaches and palm trees and there is no noise except for the waves from the ocean. The staff is very friendly and serviceable and the owner gave us a lot of good tips were to go and what to do during our stay. There is a large pool which our kids loved. We would however not recommend to swim in the ocean due to...
