Perfect place for families
Perfect place for families with children. Easy access to pool and ocean. Kayaking in the late afternoon (when the tide was higher) was a highlight for us. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable!

Great Location, Needs More Work
Very affordable room with water glimpses. The hotel is in a good location on the beach. We chose this hotel as it had a pool, it was very annoying that the pool was filthy so could not be used for our entire stay. As it is was low tide season, the beach was lovely but was never deep enough to swim in. We eventually worked out how to get past the reef to swim in the deep water and had a great snorkel. Getting to the hotel was difficult, the taxi we used was unable to get to the hotel so we needed to carry our suitcases up a steep dirt track for the last 100 metres. Check in was interesting as we were checked in by people who did not speak any English. The breakfast was the worst we had in Thailand. The fruit, yoghurt, milk and cereal were left on the bench in the heat with flies all over them. Eggs, bacon and waffles were made to order but even these had flies landing on them before the waitress brought them to our table. The coffee machine was not working 2 out of the 3 mornings we were there. The room was clean, a good layout and quite spacious. The water in the shower was never hot enough for me but was fine for my husband. We had many problems connecting to the wifi.

Good beach location, worst food, once was enough
Pros : Right on beach Rooms are clean and spacious Was upgraded from a bungalow ( which was not really a bungalow ) to a third floor with ocean view Good coconut shakes The front desk staff is amazing Cons The breakfast food is ok , the rest of the food is terrible . Do not eat here . Worst pad Thai . There is an excellent place next door called the spicy salad Is a bit isolated , must have a car or scooter to explore The whole place has an air of unfinished to it , a bit under construction / a bit run down I think for the price you could get something else along the beach with much more character for the same price

Not a single complaint comes to mind !
Wonderful stay ! Upgraded us for free to a stadalone poolside condo upon checking in, many, many friendly staff on hand, food was amazing and open till late, Salad beach is lovely and comparatively quite. Not a single complaint comes to mind !

This hotel was the highlight of an incredible trip to Thailand! The location was amazing (especially the beach), the staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the food and drinks at the hotel were delicious! I will definitely be returning to Villa Cha Cha on future trips to Koh Phangan.

Really nice hotel.
Villa Cha Cha is a first rate hotel on Salad beach. Rooms are very large by Thailand standards, clean and well maintained. Front desk personal were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool area with nice views of the beach as well as a lounging area at the beach. Included breakfast was very complete with Western and Thai foods and was in a lovely setting right on the beach. This was the best value hotel we encountered in our tour of 3 Thai Islands.

Fantastic location, 10 minute drive to Srithanu
I love this location! the private beach is heavenly with a few restaurants on the beach, tables and chairs in the sand plus a few places to have a wonderful massage. The resort is very well maintained, my room light bright and new. The friendliest staff ever. Highly recommend

The staff were very friendly and helpful to the extent they were able. The ones attending the beach bar barely spoke a word of English, but upon insistence summoned someone who did, so I could ask for allergy information for the meals offered. The pool is nice, as is the beach. The resort is located a bit away from the main road, which is important if you, like me, are sensitive to noise. The food is somewhat pricey compared to local restaurants. Try the restaurant at France Plongée, which is just a short walk away. Unlike some other hotels, there are no mosquito tents in the rooms, which I think should be mandatory in the tropics. I still give a three star review, mainly because I think the place is a little pricey compared to the standard it offers.

hôtel situé sur une belle plage, mais qui nécessite d'être rénové. nous avons eu une inondation de notre chambre vue mer située au deuxième étage suite à une après-midi de pluie. le directeur n'a pas été très réactif, heureusement que la jeune femme a l'accueil était gentille et compréhensive. le petit-déjeuner est moyen, et le service du restaurant est très mal organisé. le prix des chambres est trop élevé compte tenu du service.

Rummet var jättefint. Skön säng!!! Å dubbla fantastiskt mjuka kuddar. Poolen var riktigt sunkig och stranden väääldigt långgrund å mycket tidvatten=inte alls bra bad. Men på kvällen var stranden jättemysig och hade en massa trevliga restauranger. Bra mat även på hotellet. Vi hade ej frukost. Vi stannade i tre nätter och det räckte gott på denna strand.

Parfaitement parfait !! Personnel hyper sympa Petit dej au top omelette faite à la minute On a adoré les chiens de l hotel super adorable 😊 Très bien situé par rapport a la plage qui est idéal pour se baigner et faire du snorkelling. Attention de prévoir envir0n 300 bath à l'aller pour véhiculer entre le ferry et l hotel et la même au retour.. Coucher de soleil super beau !! Bouteille d eau fraîche dans la chambre Serviette a dispo Massage super ! Grand lit et confortable Bref je recommande cet hôtel

Das Hotel ist erste Sahne, Personal sehr freundlich. Der Strand ist wunderschön allerdings sollte man wirklich nur mit Schuhen ins Meer da es viele Seegurken (harmlos) aber auch einige Seeigel gibt. Nur vom Essen waren wir enttäuscht, das Frühstück geht noch halbwegs aber sonst kann ich nur raten in ein Restaurant zu gehen, dass nicht zu einem Hotel gehört. Es gibt ein paar sehr gute in der Nähe, einfach mal alle im Umkreis von 300 Metern ausprobieren. Sich nur im Hotel aufzuhalten ist trotz wunderschönem Pool und Strand nach ein paar Tagen eher langweilig. Am besten mietet man sich einen Roller ,(direkt im Hotel möglich), und erkundet die Insel auf diese art.

Ondanks dat het personeel vriendelijk is en het naar je zin wilt maken, is het hotel zo goed als verlaten. De meeste kamers worden gerenoveerd. Zou hier voorlopig niet naar toe gaan!!!!

ホテルの第1印象は写真とは大違いということです 施設は部屋もプールもかなり老朽化してます 目の前の海は遠浅ですが、頑張って沖まで行くとたくさんの珊瑚を見ることが出来ます(もちろん魚も) ビーチ沿いはたくさんのホテルがあり食べるところには困りません 波の音を聞きながらマッサージを受けることもできます ホテルのチョイスはどうかなと思いましたが、場所のチョイスは大成功でした

Tolle ruhige Strand Bungalows
Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, das Restaurant ist gut und auch direkt am Strand, unser Bungalow ist geräumig und komfortabel. Kann es nur empfehlen. Vor allem das Personal ist herzlich. Einziger Nachteil der Strand ist relativ flach und nicht so gut für Schwimmer geeignet.

Super Lage, nettes Personal, Frühstück war in Ordnung aber leider nur zwei Sorten Obst. In den Zimmern gibt es zu wenig aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Klamotten und auch Handtücher kann man nirgends zum trocknen aufhängen.

Lugnt och mysigt
Avlägset men mysigt och lugnt ställe. Perfekt för avkoppling. Jättegullig tjej i receptionen och övrig personal var också väldigt hjälpsamma. Maten på hotellet var helt okej. Havet var inget för oss då det kryllade av koraller men är man ute efter att snorkla är stället perfekt. Riktigt mysigt att gå efter stranden på kvällen då mycket är upplyst och fiskebåtarna lyser på havet. Klart godkänt ställe!

Calme, bien située; idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Personnel très sympas et disponible Seul bemol que nous avons rencontré à plusieurs reprises en Thaïlande.... lorsque vous réservez une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants on vous propose une chambre avec un grand lit( les enfants doivent dormir avec vous et leur déjeuner n'est pas pris en compte) Merci à Expédia de prendre cela en compte car sur place aucune négociation possible

Bon resort de plage.
Resort situé près de la plage (Salad beach) qui est superbe. La vue de notre chambre était limitée, par la présence d'un bâtiment juste en face. En sortant de la chambre, l'enlèvement de la clé coupe l'électricité, mais aussi la climatisation et ... le frigo, ce qui les rend bien moins utiles au retour. Cuisine excellente sur la plage. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Accès assez difficile avec un véhicule. Wifi inconstant.

Nieuwe accomodatie.
Het Resort ligt prachtig en is in december 2017 opgeleverd (gerenoveerd). Momenteel worden er nog werkzaamheden uitgevoerd, maar daar heb je geen last van. De eerste indruk (entree) is wat rommelig. De kamers zijn prachtig ingericht, met een superleuk terras. Het bijbehorende restaurant / buitenbar was goed. Er zijn hier en daar nog wat opstartprobleempjes. bijvoorbeeld: handdoeken werden weggehaald, maar niet vervangen. Wifi was erg slecht in de kamer. Wel mogelijkheden bij het restaurant en de receptie. Salad beach is een rustig strand. In de buurt zijn leuke andere strandjes.
