Waiter Christopher was super helpful with me and my daughter during breakfast/ thank you! The window in my room 2181 was not maintained, couldn’t close fully and was left slightly open which made the nearby seagulls sound like it was inside the room

We were surprised by the check in process. You have to collect your keys quite far from the apartment. So plan for a delay to use transit or a two-way taxi fare. The apartment was dirty. Mould in the closet. The beds were terrible (one like an air mattress & the other was hard as a board). The pillows were so used they were hard packed. The air freshener system is needed because a sewage smell came from one bathroom. The photos used to advertise the unit were not the same as the unit we stayed in. The unit has no views. It was an interior unit that looks only into courtyards. It was dark because it was on the first floor and the perimeter units towered over us. The only sunlight that came in was a reflection off of other apartment windows. The air freshener system malfunctioned & needed repair as it beeped every 10 seconds. The washing machine broke. We tried to spend as little time there as possible. The only thing I can say that is positive is that it’s located on a LUAS line.
