"I didn’t realize when I booked the hotel that there were no pet free rooms. I don’t have an issue with animals, but when you wake up covered in pet hair (cat presumably), you might take offense. I left a review with the property as well as my number for a call back, but I have not heard from them. Also, the bath gel had not been replenished before my stay, and judging from the state of my clothes - the sheets had not been changed prior to my arrival. I think the concept of having a pet friendly hotel is great, but there should be a few rooms for those who don’t have any pets traveling with them. I inquired about that while checking out and was told that they couldn’t track which rooms had previously had pets, so there were no pet free rooms. Even though the hotel itself looked very nice, I won’t be returning."

"Breakfast was the only redeeming quality. We were told at check in that the hot tub was out of order for the duration of our stay, which was a huge selling point when picking this hotel. The shower had terrible water pressure and black mold. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the walls are very thin. On our second night, the elevator call button was broken. Will not be staying here again."

"The staff where polite but when we arrived reception was closed we had to wait over an hour not knowing if we were going to be checked in or spend the night in our car called every number possible to get help but to no avail I booked it through Expedia.com and there was no number or a way to contact them"

"Room on second floor was clean and quiet (hoorah!) Staff was friendly and helpful especially during check in. Breakfast was hot and constantly kept neat and restocked. The nook itself was a little tight during the rush hour breakfast times, but it had highchair and booster seats available which we needed. It could only have been improved upon if the space could have been accessible after breakfast hours to use for card games or to grab a piece of fruit."

"First of all, this is a MOTEL. I could not tell that from the pictures. Second, there were no "live" staff present on the property - you checked in with a man on a screen who was located who-knows-where, and a kiosk spit out your room key. The room had visible dirt on the floor (like chunks of it, seriously) and the countertop had visible gunk on it (maybe old food smears?). I am not a clean freak by any means, but it was gross. The bathroom and tub did appear to be clean. The property itself is very run-down and there was trash all around. There were only two bath towels in the room for a room that could house four people; given the lack of on-site staff, I'm not sure how we would've gotten more towels if there had been four people in our reservation. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Inn again, and I do hope that their corporate office reconsiders having live staff on-site."
