"This is my second stay at the Ruby River and I will absolutely return when given the chance. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The facilities are well looked-after. The grounds are beautiful and the location is lovely on the river. There's a lovely pool area for enjoying a hot summer day. The restaurant is good too with a scenic patio. I was flying out after my one-night stay, and they offer free parking for one week for guests of the hotel. Using an Uber to get to and from the airport was still cheaper than paying for parking at the airport. Excellent stay all-around."

"Very helpful staff and was good for what I needed. Air conditioning pretty loud but that's the way it is in this level hotel. Breakfast food was pretty unhealthy so I didn't really have much I wanted to eat but the kids liked it because it was waffles and sugary yogurt. Also to be expected from this level of hotel but I just wish that there were healthier options. Slept well b/c the bed was comfortable. We got a roll-away bed for my 12-year old and the mattress was pretty terrible/old so we double-folded my bed's comforter for him to put on top of the mattress to dull out the feel of the springs. Overall, honestly I would stay again if it was a little less expensive. I just checked prices again for another night next to the airport and the casino is only $10 more/night for a solo traveler on Expedia so I'm going there. I think $125 maximum is a fair price for this place, maybe $100. But again, it was a good sleep and the staff are super friendly it's not a complaint, just the facts."
