\*\*This home is a duplex style layout, your rental is located on the ground level of the home. The cool thing is there is no one above you except a deck and that deck is blocked off for no use to the other apartment. Your apartment is 100% private for you and not shared with anyone. The other apartment is also rented on Airbnb or VRBO so feel free to reach out to us if you need a larger apartment!

CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN:  
  
\- Check In is at 4:00 PM. If our cleaners finish the home early we will send you the check in information as soon as the house is ready. We can not guarantee the home will be ready early or a specific check in time. Please plan accordingly!  
  
\- Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in a timely manor we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?  
\- The beach just a few blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide 2 beach chairs so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!  
  
IS THERE A GRILL?  
\- Unfortunately No. Due to wind we do not allow grills.  
  
WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?  
\- Beach Towels.  
\- Additional coffee and paper products that you may need outside of what we provide.  
\- Any additional items you may need that we do not provide.  
  
ARE THERE ANY RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE?  
\- Trio, our favorite wine and cheese bar is just up the street within walking distance! They offer wine, beer, cheese, tapas, and sandwiches.  
\- There are many well known restaurants within a five minute drive from the home including: Barefoot Bernies, Black Pelican, and Hurricane Mos.  
  
DO YOU HAVE A TEA POT?  
\- Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in!

#### Beautiful Spa Like Stay

Exactly as described. It is a very convenient location to all to beaches and attractions. Host gives great recommendations for which beach is best, restaurants and coffee shops that we are glad we checked out while we were there. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

#### Last minute getaway

My wife and I decided last minute that a quick beach trip was needed. Finding this little gem was exactly what the two of us needed. Nestled between the bay and the ocean, the apartments location offered a quick walk to the bay and the entrance to the Wright Brothers Multi Use Path. We chose to drive about 1 mile to public parking for beach access instead of running across the major North Croatan Hwy. The apartment itself offered everything one would need for a quiet and relaxing beach stay. The owners truly went out and made us feel welcomed from the moment our reservation was made to the final message thanking us for choosing the East Coast Host. I highly recommend staying and hope your stay is as enjoyable as ours.

#### Couples getaway

Perfect little couples retreat. Very clean and a ton of extra special touches, including bedside mints and bath bombs. Loved the jacuzzi bath. Centrally located. We hiked the different nature preserves, went to Manteo, played indoor tennis, and relaxed. Artim was extremely responsive and helpful.

#### Cute get away!!!

Loved this really really unique property! Clean, stocked with all your needs. Very comfy bed. Great outside sitting area. Close to everything!! We really enjoyed our stay here. A drawback for us was, the beach walk though not very far away at all was really difficult if your planning on walking it during the Summer months. The highway is very difficult to cross, Honestly it's dangerous. If you are planning on staying here be aware of this. Overall though it's a really neat little place!!

Had a great stay at this rental property. It’s a beautiful space with a hot tub and sauna! There were snacks and mints for us when we arrived, and it’s very close to the beach and restaurants. We met the owners during our stay and they were so kind and welcoming. Thank you for the awesome stay!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Amazing place, amazing location, and great owners! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the property and they were super cool and friendly! They own a few other rentals down in outer banks too and we will definitely either come back to the “oasis” or check out one of there other properties! 10/10 recommend!

#### Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing stay at the Oasis for a last minute getaway. Artim and family were extremely accommodating and friendly. Extremely quiet and everything one would need is provided. Close to the beach and sound for the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and several restaurants within walking distance. All the food recommendations were spot on. Looking forward to staying at the Treehouse when it's finished.

Great location and place! The host is an excellent communicator. Definitely a great romantic and restful getaway location. The apartment was clean and has a peaceful atmosphere.
