No measuring spoons, only a 1/3 c, 1 c, and 2 c measuring cups. No crockpot. • Queen beds very low to the floor. Maybe 18”-24” high. Fairly significant when you’re in your 40s. Logistical points:• The house is right on a golf course. We had a neighbor warn us that stray balls regularly pose a danger to him and his family. He specifically referenced the pool being a dangerous area; just want to be sure you’re paying attention! • There are two bathrooms, one on each side of the home. This is \*doable,\* but with 4 adults and 9 children it was definitely a challenge. Lol. • The loft area is up a ladder, not stairs. Overall:I would recommend this place for two families or one larger family! The pool, hot tub, and deck area provide a great space to hang out together without feeling cramped. Because of there only being two bathrooms, I would not recommend this property for a group of adults. I think that would be difficult, unless you have a very low maintenance group of men and women. The kitchen is great for cooking, but it definitely needs additional tools to be considered “fully stocked.” Great experience overall, and you can’t beat the price for the OBX! ##### Taylor F. The house was great, plenty of room, the pool was huge, and such a nice easy walk to the beach! We enjoyed taking evening walks down the street, and walks to grab coffee in the morning. Location was perfect, house was stocked with everything we needed even kid plates and dishes for our little ones. When planning every message was answered with a quick response.
