With only a 5-minute walk (1,000 ft) to one of the best (and most dog friendly) beaches in the Outer Banks, you will be sure to make lots of great memories. There is ample outdoor space to savor the warm sunlight and cool ocean breezes during the spring, summer and fall months. And, if it gets too warm there is a shady area under the house for the kids to play and the family to gather around the grill to dine al fresco. The screened-in porch is the perfect place to quietly enjoy a cup of coffee every morning or sip a glass of wine in the evening. The Sound (beautiful sunsets) is only a short walk away. The nearby bike/walking path are great for exercising, walking the dog, or biking into the town of Duck. The house is very conveniently located a few miles from the main drag of Duck, and a super short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. The house itself has all that our group (two couples and a dog) needed for our stay, and everything was clean. The outdoor space at the house really makes the difference.
