Whether hanging out on the beaches, fishing, boating, hang gliding, surfing, or learning fascinating American history, be right in the middle of all the natural wonders of the gorgeous Outer Banks of North Carolina when you stay at Sea Scape Beach & Golf Villas in Kitty Hawk.

And the accommodations at Sea Scape provide all the comforts of home, including fully equipped kitchens!

THE SPACE

This is a 2BR/2BA second floor unit that sleeps 6 is only 2 blocks away from the beach with 2 free parking spots onsite at the property. This 2nd floor unit offers views from your balcony overlooking the resort property.

Amenities include upgraded WiFi, two outdoor pools (1 heated), two tennis courts, putt-putt golf, volleyball, badminton, shuffle board, two pavilion areas with picnic tables and grills, and two kiddy playgrounds. Sea Scape Beach & Golf Villas also has an indoor pool, which is open year round and is equipped with a hot tub and sauna.

Queen size bed in the Master, 2 twin beds in guest bedroom, full sized Murphy bed in the living room. There is a free laundry facility in the complex.

This property is spread out across 12 acres, adjacent to an 18-hole golf course, and is conveniently located near many major OBX attractions and popular dining options.

For Beach access this resort is basically located at Milepost 2.5. There are multiple beach access points, with parking, from Milepost 2 thru Milepost 4. So there are a number of very close options, it really comes down to personal preference for each family. I recommend reviewing the Kitty Hawk beach access points (at the "obxbeachaccess" website link).

GOLF BONUS:

Guests can take advantage of 8 FREE rounds of Golf during this week. The cart fee is $30. (9 holes $20 fee or 18 holes $30 fee).

STAIRS / ACCESSIBILITY:

Most properties in OBX have a certain number of stairs, so that buildings are elevated and protected in case of potential flooding that could be caused by hurricanes or major storms.

Almost all the units at this resort have a certain number of stairs leading to the Front Door of the unit. The number of stairs varies depending on the specific unit configuration, and whether the unit is considered first floor or second floor.

This is a Resort property, so your unit will be private, but Amenities (Pools, Gym, Game room, Playground, etc) will be shared with other Guests

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. If a security deposit is required, it will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Sea Scape Beach and Golf Villas is professionally managed and operated by Resort Management Group. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance during your stay.

- Check In time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability and / or early use of the resort amenities during Check-in days.

- The Front Desk is staffed weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with extended hours from 8:30am to 7:00pm during summer weekends. If you are going to be arriving late (after 7:00pm), please notify the Front Desk in advance, and they can make sure your required unit access information / key is left with the Security Office which is staffed 24/7.

- This listing covers multiple units of the same 2BR/2BA unit type / same unit layout. The photos provided accurately portray the interiors of the units but may not be photos of the specific unit you book (depending on the week you book).

- Two FREE parking passes are included with this unit, which you will receive from the Front Desk at Check In. If you need parking for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk.

- Although bedding linens (sheets) and pillows are provided, due to additional sanitization standards that have been implemented, there will be NO blankets or comforters provided in your unit. So please bring your own blankets and comforters as needed. And if you have favorite pillows, or if you sleep better using a certain type of pillow, it would be good to bring your own.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofas during your stay, I definitely recommend bringing your own sheets, pillows, and blankets, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.

- Bath and Hand towels are provided for you and will be inside your unit when you arrive.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However the property has Laundry facilities you can use for FREE. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.

- Garbage can be disposed of in the various receptacles found spread out on the property.

- Each Guest will receive a "Starter Package" from the Front Desk at Check In. This will have basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, trash bags, etc to get you thru the first day or two of your stay. However it is highly recommended to bring additional PAPER products (toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, etc) and your own CLEANING products (detergents, cleaners, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, etc).

- "Starter Package" Actual Inventory: Each villa comes equipped with a starter pack that contains one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, two mini bars of soap for each bathroom, and five gray and five clear trash bags. You must provide your own thereafter. Each regular size villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen including dish washing liquid, linens for all the beds and six bath towels, six hand towels and six washcloths in each bathroom. An iron, an ironing board, and a blow dryer are also available in the villa. There is a free wifi connection in each villa and a house phone, as well.

- Pool / Beach towels are not provided. Each family should bring their own pool / beach towels

- You should bring your own beach chairs / beach blankets / umbrellas / equipment you want to use on the beach. If you don’t bring your own stuff, you are able to rent beach chairs / umbrellas on the beach out in front of the facility.

- The new H2OBX Waterpark recently built in Powell's Point is only 13 miles away from Sea Scapes

- If you are interested in fishing while on vacation, there are spots for Surf fishing, or Pier fishing from the Beach or Sound. You would just need to make sure you had the proper licenses though, which can be obtained easily locally. There is even a Super Wal-Mart when you first enter OBX at Kitty Hawk via Route 158, where local licenses can be purchased if needed. There are also many rental and charter boats for fishing based out of the various inlets if you wanted access to waters farther offshore.

- Pets are not permitted anywhere on or in the resort property.

- Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's Front Desk will also ask for this information when you check in, but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.

Nice getaway from the madness of 2020.
This was a quaint place, tucked behind 158. Backed up to the golf course, very quiet people. People were very neighborly and kind. Access to the beach took a bit of a walk, but with myself, my wife, and two kids, it took about 10 minutes with a red wagon. Lots of things to do nearby including inside the property, with the recreation center, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a small mini golf course. Tons of restaurants and bars and other things to do within less than a 10 minute drive. In spite of being close to the main road, traffic was not a problem at all. Also close to Duck and Corolla, as well as driving distance to Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills. Property manager was very helpful, and the person that owns this particular villa was extremely accommodating and informative.
