Hotel is super clean and is basic but has everything you need. Fridge is larger than usual business hotels and room is spacious. Chose this hotel for the separate toilet and bathroom, and the sliding door that separates the beds from living room area. Although self-check in, there are staff on site who can help if needed. Super friendly staff. It was a very comfortable stay, and very convenient for access to the JR station and shopping and dining in the nearby shotengai. At the conclusion of your check in, an agent will face time to confirm and answer any questions. They have English speaking agents for foreign travelers. The room was compact bur efficient. You use a key code to enter the building and your room. Convenient store just around the corner. The rooms are big and clean. It has refrigerator, microwave, sink, and portable stove for cooking. Also have hangers for hanging clothes. The bathroom and toilet size are big too. The water was strong and hot water was stable. Good choice at this price if you are driving. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. Very clean as well as a big bathroom. Well equipped with comfortable bed. Very happy with location close to main train station with lots of stores. Easy self check-in. I couldn't be happier except for the terrible Wi-Fi. Had to struggle with that for the 3 days I was there. The hotel is all remotely done on your own (including check in certification) which is fine. The unacceptable point is, after our self check in at 8pm, our room is half way cleaned!!!!!!!!! The rubbish left by the last guests still here. The slipper used by the last guests still here. The cleaning tool ( vaccum cleaner) still inside our room. This is TOTALLY unacceptable! This has never happened in our 20 years of travelling around the world! When we complaints via iPad at the front desk, the remote customer service just told us to email the photos to them. And they didn’t response to use after an hour! Not until we chase them! And the only solution is they will send the cleaner to clean tomorrow as there is no staff in the hotel at night……… This is completely terrible. No follow up from the hotel as well ![The rubbish bin is uncleared.
