"Historic property, incredibly helpful & friendly staff, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was great, as well as the attached coffee shop. Onsen was lovely, I have tattoos and emailed the property beforehand to make sure that was fine. Very close to the sights, would recommend! "

"We were only there one night but room was clean, had room for our suitcases, helpful staff and close the train station in the entertainment district. Easy walk to the castle and art museum"

"The hotel was an easy 100-15 minute walk from the train station and was conveniently located. The room was comfy and I enjoyed the public bath - though it lacked the mineral waters of an onsen it was still relaxing after long days of walking. They stored our luggage after checkout and the staff was very friendly. "
