Communication from the owners was superb and they were welcoming and considerate - living next door they were on hand and supportive without ever intruding on our time or privacy. Wonderful selection of items in the kitchen and fridge to welcome us on arrival. Extraordinary views from the property. Good access to the local towns and area, and walks out of the door. The weather was stunning and not one shower for the week , we thoroughly enjoyed watching the deer at night and listening to the birds and wildlife on the estate . The area is so beautiful and Littleton was a really lovely tranquil place to stay away from the pressures of life , we will be back"

"The cottage is spacious and well equipped and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. There's a village nearby and Blairgowrie and Coupar Angus are a short drive away. The garden backs onto woods, which are great for walking in and are home to plenty of deer! The bird feeder outside the kitchen window attracted red squirrels and many different birds, including a woodpecker most days and the real fire made the lounge really cosy. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return next time we visit...

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"
