Step through the door into a sun-drenched living room, which opens to a generous dining area. Whether you're indulging in a summer BBQ or simply soaking up the breathtaking beach view, this space offers relaxation at its finest. The living domain features a kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, cookware, crockery, and cutlery for all your culinary needs. A cosy family room with comfortable seating and a wood fire place makes for the perfect spot to unwind after a day of beach hopping.
The property offers four bedrooms with ceiling fans, providing a cool respite from the balmy beach weather. Three spacious bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, cater to all your personal care needs.

Fabulous house for a big family with kids (or kidults). Unbelievable views. Great location, so close to Merry Beach. Loved that the Merry Beach General Store and Takeaway was nearby.

It is a nice home in a great location, with stunning view. However there were a few things that diminished the experience. 1) Lots of mosquitos inside 2) No taps for the outside hose to wash feet after visiting the beach 3)The bathroom shower when used floods the bathroom. The tiles are not at a gradient that allow it to drain efficiently

#### House needs lots maintenance
The glass sliding doors in master bedroom you couldn't open, so no fresh air. All rollers need replacing. Screen door handle was broken, window in master also completely broken and was open so on windy night i couldnt close it. No door handle on glass doors in lounge area, lick broken on screen door as well as glass door. Rip in screen mesh so mosquitos could come in. Hole in ceiling where LED downlight should be. I had to vacuum floors as cleaner didnt do them properly. Vacuum handle broken. View and location are great but it shouldn't not be rented out until it is in good working order.

#### Awesome beach house
Enjoyed our stay! We were a bit wary about other comments but found the house clean. The kids loved the kangaroos and the parrots that visited. The view was great and we were lucky to get a glimpse of a whale far in the ocean too.

The stay was nice but the house was very dirty. Their was dust everywhere and beds sheets smelt like mold. Cleaners where meant to come either the day we arrived or the next day but no one showed up.

#### Very dirty, big disappointment!
Very dirty, stained mattresses, smelly stained pillows, mattress protectors and blankets. Dirty kitchen, food crumbs in draws, dirty old kettle, BBQ so dirty it could be cleaned, dirty floors, dirty dishwasher, mouldy washing machine. Reported all issues to agent but suprised these issues were never noticed by cleaner or agent before we arrived. Would not recommend this house in its current state.

#### Great weekend escape.
Amazing views. Good amenities and adequate kitchen (though sharper kitchen knives are always appreciated in a holiday house). Quiet and clean. The fire was a needed and welcome addition on our slightly cooler weekend away. Would recommend to friends for a beach-front getaway.
