Please respect our neighbours because we have a great relationship with them. Should you need anything, we are always available and the property manager lives close by. We ask that you treat our house like your own, be respectful and look after it. If you don't have a good track record and solid history of 5 stars, I reserve the right to cancel your booking. You agree to provide a copy of your government photo ID and a selfie picture as well as your home address, email address and mobile phone number. We don't allow children younger than 12yr old for safety reasons. Damage and Incidentals: If you incur incidental fees or cause damage to the rental property, your credit card may be charged.
