Everything was great from location to Room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I wish we could stay longer

Staying here was a magical experience, absolute first class service.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, outstanding staff. I've stayed at hotels all over the world and I would rank this in my top ten list!

amazing service, friendly for travellers that speak english, amazing interior

Very modern and tranquil setting and conveniently located near the central train station.

We stayed at the Ritz Kyoto during our vacation to Japan. It's a beautiful hotel and the staff is phenomenal. Everyone was very polite and helpful which made our stay more comfortable. We are already planning our next trip to Japan and will definitely stay at the Ritz again. Highly recommended!

Clean room nice stasff

A real gem of a hotel with very nice staff, great room and amazing restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent modern hotel in a great location. Subway station below the property means you can travel to Kansai Airport without going outside. Very good breakfast buffets - separate western and Japanese ding rooms.

The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at.

What can I say! Everything was excellent! Short walking distance to Airport shuttle bus station, Osaka train station and the subway so basically you can go anywhere at ease. Hotel about 4 years old and is in great condition. Main lobby is on the 20th floor. Loved the decor throughout. Our room was beautifully decorated with great city and river views. It was also so well insulated that we couldn't hear any noise at all during our stay. The bed.....oh man...it was just so comfortable!!! ...
