"Hotel was overall nice but the cleaning in the rooms could be better. Black mold on shower head, old liquid stains on wall near trash can, various splatter marks on tables. These are obvious to the naked eye. I can only imagine how gross the carpets are.
As for as the neighborhood, you’re either going to love it hate it. It’s probably the most touristy and dirtiest streets in all of Osaka.
The hotel was surprisingly quiet inside except for the 24/7 construction going on outside that we were not notified of until our arrival. No email or message from hotel. If you’re on the eastern side of hotel you might be able to feel the vibrations at night from the construction like I did although I admit I am fairly sensitive to these kinds of things when sleeping, I must admit.
Overall hotel could be better if cleaning was improved. Location didn’t do it for me but that’s subjective."
