Lighting poor in bedroom. Shower not clean. Black toilet -seat badly scratched through poor housekeeping method. Black taps and other fittings all showing wear and tear after only 2 years? Valet parking and security extremely helpful.

This property is NOT Hilton quality. 1) The room smelled of bad plumbing 2) Mosquitoes bit me throughout the night 3) the sink became blocked with one use. 4) the floor was slippery when I walked in. ( no carpet, I suspect it could be condensation from the air on) 5) The concierge was not helpful and was not able to give me various trans port options to the airport. 6) the front desk staff were really nice and helpful. 7) the breakfast was good. Overall… would not go back

Unable to allow guests to be able to use the amenities advertised. Having outside promotions on the property, inonvenience to guest as the access to the pool and the bar was off limit to guests. The loud booming noise from the music kept us all night. Even after complaing to the front desk and the manager it continued.
