The room was clean and up to date. The outside was concerning when we pulled up, but the staff was friendly, the room was clean and it was very quiet. I do recommend this property.

It was great! The room was excellent. We arrived late around 12am but we were greeted from the staff and the check- in was so smooth. We didn't expect the room to be spacious and have all the stuff. To my surprise, the room was way better than what we expected. It is far better than 3star hotels.

Other reviewers nailed it. Nothing fancy here, but it's neat, clean, freshly painted, and has that ambiance of the places you used to stay in the way-back. A Disney resort it isn't, but when you're looking for a bed (very tightly made - military style), shower, fridge, microwave, and a Publix 10 minutes away, the Economy Inn in Kingsland, GA scores very well. Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach are half an hour away if you're looking for a memorable experience for your family and your budget is $200+, but when you're traveling solo and need a clean place to overnight, "Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner!"

Traveling with the pups and reserved a room here online. When we arrived, the staff were super nice, but almost made me panic when they said they no longer accept pets. Luckily, they allowed us to stay anyway (with pet fees). Room needed to be mopped, but was otherwise clean/tidy. Lots of outside noise in the middle of the night- we were right next to the utility room area, may have been workers, but there were loud voices, doors shutting, and other noises outside all night.

The pictures are deceiving as the place looks nothing like pictured on Expedia. The place is so offensive and disgusting that I didn't even stay, both rooms 105 and 112 were beyond acceptable, filthy dirty, stained bedding, stained brown towels and molded refrigerators with bugs and dirt falling out of a/c unit and the overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. The outside is covered in trash, appliances and other stuff as well. Had to eat the cost of the stay cause neither the hotel or Expedia would refund the money and it was too gross to spend the night.

Staff did not speak very good English and didn’t. I couldn’t understand them. The microwave was filling. The tiles in the shower were dirty those dirt and dents on the walls. The Wi-Fi did not work. The phone did not work. The place was disgusting.
