The Courtyard is a newly and fully refurbished 2-bedroom cottage on the West coast of Norfolk. The property is located in the peaceful village of Snettisham, just 10-minutes from a number of Norfolk’s stunning beaches.
Nicknamed ‘Norfolk’s sunset coast’, this one of the few locations where visitors can enjoy a beautiful seaside sunset on the east coast of the UK! With close-by attractions such as The Royal Sandringham Estate, Castle Rising and Norfolk Lavender there’s plenty of things to do nearby!
The cottage is dog-friendly and features one allocated parking space.
THE SPACE
The Courtyard offers the perfect home-away from home, with a combination of colourful décor and a variety of homely touches throughout.
The cottage features two first floor bedrooms. One double bedroom is available at the front of the property and a twin bedroom at the rear.
The open plan living and dining area on the ground floor offers a large three-piece sofa with chaise, along with a smart television. Perfect for family breakfasts before a busy day out exploring, there is also a colourful dining table seating all 4 guests. Wifi is available throughout the property.
French doors open out from the living room into the courtyard, offering al-fresco dining or a spot to relax on a warm summers evening!
One bathroom with a shower over bath can be found on the first floor.
Guests will enjoy coming home to The Courtyard after a busy day exploring Norfolk’s fabulous west coast!

Lovely house
We really had a lovely time. The house was perfect for us. Nice and comfy, perfectly clean and above all dog friendly. Location was excellent too, lovely area itself and also an ideal base to explore surrounding areas and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect cottage
The holiday cottage was beyond our expectations and absolutely perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean and modern. The welcome pack of chocolate and a bottle of wine was a bonus too. We had awful weather during our 7 day stay so we needed to keep out 8 year old Autistic Grandson occupied so the fantastic toys and games cupboard proved invaluable. Just one word of caution : Always park your car in the space at the rear of the property as one evening I parked at the front and my wing mirror was damaged and a canned drink sprayed on a door by young youths late at night. Probably a one off though so don't be put off. All in all perfect location for great beaches & sightseening. Highly recommended

Could not have been better
From the time we booked to the time we left, communication was friendly and excellent. The property has been completely refurbished recently to a very high standard indeed, and it was a pleasure to stay there. It is well positioned, quiet and provides easy access to all the pleasures of that part of the coast and inland. The Co-op is 2 minutes away, and there are several delightful places locally to eat and drink if you want to go out. We may well want to stay there again.
