A smart, modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, before settling around the bench-style dining table to savour your creations. At the far end of the room, a comfortable lounge invites you to unwind and watch TV or throw open the patio doors on warm evenings for kids and dogs to play on the lawn. It's an easy 2.5-mile walk along the seafront to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton, famed for its striped cliffs, Sealife Centre, and seaside attractions. The entire area is a paradise for birdwatchers, with two RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell (within 8 miles), while royal enthusiasts can visit the house and gardens at the Sandringham Estate (6.5 miles). Further along the coast, Holkham (16.5 miles) is known for its historic house and stunning beach, where pine forest and sweeping sand dunes fringe the sea all the way to Wells-next-the-Sea.
